We offer free domestic (within the 48 Contiguous States) shipping on all orders.

  • We only provide shipping to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii.

Product Availability

At My Surveying Direct, we are an authorized retailer. All products on our website are sourced directly from the manufacturer. There may be instances where a product is marked as ‘In Stock’ but the feed hasn’t been updated yet. Real-time updates may not always be possible. If you wish to confirm whether a product is in stock, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 5 pm MST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us or begin to charge a storage fee. If the package is refused and returned to My Surveying Direct, it will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee will apply, as per our return policy.

Handling and Processing Times

Every order is important to us. Our order handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the transit time is 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday. Your delivery will typically arrive within 6–10 business days after your order is confirmed, considering handling and transit time.

We partner with the best in the business to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary couriers include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The choice of courier depends on your location and the size of your order.

Warehouse Location

Our main warehouse is located in Aurora, Colorado. This central location allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and expedite shipping processes, ensuring that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, our normal delivery time of 6–10 business days will apply.

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page found in the Footer under Site Information. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in our system.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon receipt to verify they are in proper condition. We inspect our packages before they leave the facility to ensure they are in brand-new condition.

Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Notification of Defective or Damaged Products

We strongly advise customers to inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. For products that arrive damaged, please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a replacement or process a refund. We may request pictures of any damaged or defective items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. After 24 hours of delivery, defective or damaged product replacements may be denied.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • If the items has been opened
  • If the items has been used
  • Custom made orders.
  • Clearance items.
  • Products marked as non-returnable.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Return
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Return Authorization
    • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions, along with the return address.
  4. Return Shipping
    • In general It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping charges associated with returning an item, unless the item was damaged or faulty when it was delivered to the customer. In the event of a damaged or faulty order, customers will be provided with a prepaid label allowing items to be sent back to us free of charge. 
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from it.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
    • Once processed, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Restocking Fee

Standard Fee

  • A restocking fee of 15% is applicable to all returned items to cover processing costs. This fee is automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Fee Waiver Conditions

  • The restocking fee will not be applied in the following circumstances:
    • Defective Items: If the item you received is defective upon arrival.
    • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part.
    • Damaged During Shipping: If your item is damaged during shipping and this damage is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
  • Documentation Required: To facilitate the waiver of the restocking fee, please provide photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item received. Email this documentation to support@mysurveyingdirect.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mysurveyingdirect.com

Exchanges

Make sure to include a photo or video showing the damage. We will then arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or refunded. In this case, our company will cover the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Immediate Cancellation

  • 24-Hour Window: You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind immediately after your purchase.

Post-24-Hour Cancellations

Cancellation After Shipment

  • Policy: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to return the item, please follow the guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy.

Warranty:

Different manufacturers have different warranties. You can find warranty information in the "About the Brand" tab in the product section. Please note that if you receive a damaged item, the warranty won't cover it if you don't report it within 30 days.

DJI Care Enterprise

We are a DJI Enterprise-authorized retailer. The DJI Care Enterprise plan from DJI is included with all enterprise and commercial drone systems as a standard offering, enhancing support and coverage for incidents such as accidents or damages.
