  • Free shipping for Orders to 48 Contiguous States in the USA.
  • Shipping cut-off time: 5 pm MST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

At My Surveying Direct, we aim to provide a transparent and easy-to-understand shipping process. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our products from our warehouse to you.

Shipping is Free for Orders to 48 Contiguous States in the USA

We offer free domestic (within the 48 Contiguous States) shipping on all orders.

Shipping Couriers

We use the following shipping couriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Please Note

  • We only provide shipping to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii.
  • We do not provide international shipping.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Product Availability

At My Surveying Direct, we are an authorized retailer. All products on our website are sourced directly from the manufacturer. There may be instances where a product is marked as ‘In Stock’ but the feed hasn’t been updated yet. Real-time updates may not always be possible. If you wish to confirm whether a product is in stock, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 5 pm MST Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us or begin to charge a storage fee. If the package is refused and returned to My Surveying Direct, it will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee will apply, as per our return policy.

Handling and Processing Times

Every order is important to us. Our order handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the transit time is 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday. Your delivery will typically arrive within 6–10 business days after your order is confirmed, considering handling and transit time.

We partner with the best in the business to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary couriers include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The choice of courier depends on your location and the size of your order.

Warehouse Location

Our main warehouse is located in Aurora, Colorado. This central location allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and expedite shipping processes, ensuring that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, our normal delivery time of 6–10 business days will apply.

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page found in the Footer under Site Information. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in our system.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon receipt to verify they are in proper condition. We inspect our packages before they leave the facility to ensure they are in brand-new condition.

Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Notification of Defective or Damaged Products

We strongly advise customers to inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. For products that arrive damaged, please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a replacement or process a refund. We may request pictures of any damaged or defective items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. After 24 hours of delivery, defective or damaged product replacements may be denied.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. My Surveying Direct is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.
